Arguments

printfile: Name for the output file to be created
stocknames: Names of the stocks
area: list of area aggregations agere
age: list of age aggregations
len: list of length aggregations
precision: optional value defining numerical precision
printatstart: should the output be printed at the start (1) or the end (0) of the timesstep
yearsandsteps: character defining when to print, defaults to "all all"
